Marcus is a consultant and established entrepreneur focused on interim management, online marketing & social media, digital media, and business development.

Prior to establishing Red Shoes Consulting and the Red Shoe Planet foundation, Marcus led business/corporate development and new media globally for the leading Indian Media & Entertainment company Eros International.  Marcus led global distribution efforts expanding Bollywood’s market share across platforms and into several new markets including Germany, Russia, UK, Mexico and North America through joint-ventures and partnerships with leading players including Comcast, Netflix, Lionsgate, Universal Music and Sony.

Prior to working with Eros, Marcus served as CEO of Saffron Media, EVP of Marketing & Business Development for JumpTV and CEO of HarrisonGray, a global advisory services firm providing strategic business, sales leadership training and capital solutions to Global 2000 companies including Goldman Sachs, Invesco, Intel, First Data, Verizon, and Tokyo Electric. 

Prior to HarrisonGray, Marcus worked in the investment banking and management consulting industries with Goldman Sachs, Andersen Consulting and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.

Marcus has been interviewed and featured articles for CNBC, Crain’s NY, Forbes, The Guardian, Consultants News, NY Times and WSJ.  Marcus attended Boston College and the University of Georgia where he obtained a degree in Computer Science.
